Tim Brooker

Tim is the longest standing staff member with GSA. He has had many years in direct property sales and now devotes his time to the improvement of our clients’ financial futures. With 20 years of property experience under his belt, he’s always eager to answer your questions, no matter how curly.

Sales - Sydney

Sarah Jae

 Sarah assists investors with our onboarding process, keeping a seamless customer experience with finance applications and SMSF establishments. She is also available to discuss current project updates and further investment opportunities. Sarah is based in our Sydney office and is looking forward to GSA’s future growth and acquiring further Investors in this market. In her spare time Sarah loves to surf her Bondi Beach home break.

Peter Blauw

Peter is the Director of GSA. He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and has enjoyed a broad range of opportunities and is excited to provide GSA clients unique and boutique property opportunities. In his spare time Peter loves to read books on history, spend time with his grand-children and play the piano.

Leasing

Emma Henderson

Henderson Property Management is responsible to hundreds of landlords to protect their valued possessions. Emma personally manages the sourcing and letting of the premises to new applicants and the ongoing assistance to make their stay an enjoyable one. She is excited to assist GSA in leasing out our current and future syndication projects.

Aquisitions

Danny Maddern

As head of our acquisition team, Danny continues to source quality development sites for our syndicate Investors. He has spent many years growing his networks to remain top of mind when new sites become available through agents in the south-eastern belt. He is passionate about health and strength training and when not working enjoys playing soccer.

Marketing

Sandra Surowicki

Sandra has been with the team since inception. She transferred from our parent company Raine & Horne in 2018 and oversees marketing and lead generation. She is focused on building the GSA brand and improving the strategic marketing outcomes. She has degrees in health and nutrition and loves strength training, nutrition and fitness.

Financial Planner

Christian Lazarou

Christian is a recent addition to the GSA team. He has spent most of his working career in finance and financial planning. He has a number of strategies to improve clients overall financial position and grow their retirement funds and he works tirelessly to achieve these positive results.
